Short Breaks
Available all year round (except during school holidays).
March - October: 3 nights 50% and 4 nights 60% of full price.
Winter Breaks (November - March any starting day): 2 nights £140, 3 nights £180 or 4 nights £210

Changeover day is Saturday. Guests may arrive at the property at any time from 3 PM on the first day of their holiday but must vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure.
A deposit of 30% is required on all bookings and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is also payable when the final payment becomes due and this will be returned to you on your return from holiday.
Duvets and pillows are provided, you may bring your own linen and towels or they are available for hire at a cost of £10 per person. A travel cot and high chair are available should you need them. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for the use of guests. Electricity is included in the above prices.
There is a reserved parking space for Cedar Cottage.
Sorry but no pets and no smoking at the cottage.
